1. $500 Buy-Back Certificate – Valid Toward ULTRA Class E-Bikes

Every qualifying buyer who uses CODE DEPO at checkout will receive a Certificate of Value Assurance from Ebike-Depo.com. This certificate guarantees a $500 credit toward the future purchase of an ULTRA class long-distance e-bike (200+ mile range) available at the time of redemption.

Redemption Requirements:

• The buyer must return their original Rattan e-bike.

• The return and the new e-bike purchase must be completed in person at an authorized Ebike-Depo.com store location.

• The credit is only redeemable toward ULTRA class models available at the time of redemption.

• The returned bike must:

  • Be in working condition

  • Have a functional battery

  • Have no major structural damage

  • Show mileage under 5,000 miles

• Buyer must present:

  • The original certificate (issued by Ebike-Depo.com)

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Resale-Backed Clause:

By returning their e-bike as part of the program, the buyer transfers ownership of the used bike to Ebike-Depo.com. The $500 credit is based on the expected resale value of the returned e-bike, which is anticipated to hold a minimum market value of $500. This forms the financial basis of the buy-back offer and offsets the cost of the certificate.

This certificate is:

• Non-transferable

• Not redeemable for cash

• Valid for one-time use only

• Must be surrendered at the time of the new purchase at an authorized Ebike-Depo.com store

2. $25 Gift Certificate Bonus

Buyers who email a photo of themselves with their new e-bike and a copy of their proof of purchase will receive a $25 gift certificate.

• 200-mile range

• 60Ah battery

• 45 MPH top speed

• Launch date: 2025

Buyers on the waiting list will be offered early access and exclusive introductory pricing.

When you purchase a Rattan e-bike using CODE DEPO at Ebike-Depo.com, you will receive a $500 Certificate of Value Assurance.

This certificate guarantees a $500 credit that can be applied toward the purchase of a ULTRA class long-distance e-bike available at the time of exchange.

Redemption Conditions

• The certificate is redeemable only at an authorized Ebike-Depo.com store.

• Both the return of the original bike and the new purchase must be completed in person at the authorized location.

• The $500 credit is applicable only toward a ULTRA class model (200+ mile range) available at the time of redemption.

• The original bike must meet the following conditions:

  • Battery is still functional

  • No major frame damage

  • Mileage under 5,000 miles

• You must present the original certificate and valid proof of purchase.
